Estimate Building Costs

Today, if I have time to it, I'm going to try to translate a text about how know the price of a built before building it.here is the text I found in the first web I opened

Contractors by there very nature are expected to be able to estimate building costs. To accurately estimate building costs you must factor in a lot of different variables such as, the complexity of the design, the shape and size of the area, local impact fees, the expertise need to complete the work, the materials needed, and permit fees, to name a few.
